The Package Includes : Swipe pen, Spring converter, Cartridge.

The SWIPE is the newest model from TWSBI. It comes with three different filling mechanisms: a spring loaded piston converter, a traditional twist piston converter, and TWSBI proprietary ink cartridges. One of each is included! You can also fill the entire barrel with ink with an eyedropper. This pen has an opaque salmon orange body and cap, a clear grip section so you can see your ink flowing, and has a push/snap cap. It is completed with a silver stainless steel nib. A traditional cartridge, converter type fountain pen.

The pen, ink cartridge, traditional converter, come all in one, ready for you to use right away. Cartridges/Converter are standard international top hole fitting

A quick no brainer guide in choosing nib sizes in an overly complicated fountain pen world:

If you write small, go with an EF
For the normal writer, F is the most popular
If you tend to lean on a bigger font, M will be perfect
B is for statements!! Sign a check in B, write a header in B, do some coloring/shading in B
Stub nibs are italic in writing style (have a special card or invitation to write?)
