In the case you wish to apply for EXCHANGE, below are the conditions that shall be applied for the eligibility of exchange of the product.
. The product needs to be shipped back to us within 3 days of receipt with the Invoice, Tags, Cards in place, in as is condition as was delivered to the customer. The product must be in the original Packaging.
· The shipping cost to be borne by the Customer.
· We shall examine and quality check the product and determine whether the product is in its original condition with its original packing intact.
· The exchange shall be done for the value equal or higher to the value of the product. In the case of higher value of the new product, the difference amount needs to be paid by the customer in advance.
· Exchange is NOT applicable for CUSTOMISED and PERSONALISED products.
· In case a customer does not raise an exchange claim as per the terms mentioned, the product will be ineligible for exchange in future.
. Please pack the products properly and courier it as per the location address mentioned below.
Please NOTE that It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure we receive the Product back in proper condition. Therefore, we recommend you to send the Product with reliable courier with the tracking number. If the Parcel goes missing or remains undelivered, we will be unable to process exchange of the product.
