· If any kind of defect is discovered on the product that you purchased from swastikpenn.com, we will get it replaced or repaired by the Principal Company or Authorised Agent of the concerned product, within its warranty Period.
· If your product is damaged due to mishandling or if you find a problem after the warranty has expired, Swastik Biz Private Limited will try for the best feasible solution to repair and service the product. Any estimate of expense related to service and repair will be notified to the Customer in advance. All expenses in this regard will be borne by the Customer.
· SWASTIK Biz Private Limited will try to resolve the problem faced in the product as early as possible, however there is no fixed time frame to return back the Product. It’s totally dependent upon the time taken by the Principal Company and in Customs clearance.
· For products that are discontinued or are Vintage models, it may take 3 to 6 months for servicing because the parts / mechanism may be available only with the manufacturer. The costs for repair, if any, courier charges and re-import charges are to be borne by the Customer.
· Please pack the products properly and courier it as per the location address mentioned below.
